Client Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy

1.1. All appointments require either: • 50% deposit at the point of booking, or • 100% full payment, depending on the treatment type.

1.2. An appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit or full fee has been received.

1.3. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

2.1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: • No cancellation fee applies. • Any deposit paid will be transferred to a new appointment or refunded on request.

2.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: • The client will forfeit 50% of the treatment cost. • If only a 50% deposit was paid, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. • If the client paid 100%, 50% will be refunded, and 50% retained.

2.3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, failure to attend (“no-show”), or arrival more than 25 minutes late: • The full cost of the treatment is chargeable. • If only a 50% deposit was paid, the remaining 50% becomes due and payable, and Ampika’s Aesthetics reserves the right to invoice the client for the outstanding balance.

2.4. Repeated cancellations, persistent lateness, or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.


3. Consultation, Patch Testing & Treatment Suitability

3.1. Certain treatments require mandatory consultation and/or patch testing prior to treatment. These include, but are not limited to: • Botulinum toxin (anti-wrinkle injectables) • CO₂ fractional laser • SPMU brows, ombré brows, lip blush • Laser hair removal • IPL skin rejuvenation • Tattoo removal • Carbon facials • Any other treatment deemed necessary by the practitioner

3.2. Clients must attend any required consultation or patch test a minimum of 24–48 hours before their treatment.

3.3. No treatment will be performed if the client has not completed the required consultation and/or patch test, unless the client signs a Treatment Waiver Form (see Section 4).

3.4. Ampika’s Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if the practitioner deems it clinically unsuitable or unsafe.


4. Treatment Waiver – Opting Out of Consultation or Patch Test

4.1. If a client chooses not to attend a mandatory consultation, patch test, or treatment test, they may only proceed if they sign a Treatment Waiver Form.

4.2. By signing the waiver, the client acknowledges and agrees that: • They have voluntarily declined the recommended consultation or patch test. • They understand the risks associated with having aesthetic treatments without prior assessment or testing. • They accept full responsibility for any adverse reaction, complication, or unsatisfactory outcome. • They waive all rights to pursue claims or hold Ampika’s Aesthetics, its practitioners, or its directors liable for complications arising from the decision to forego consultation or patch testing.

4.3. If the client refuses both the consultation/patch test and the waiver, the clinic will not proceed with treatment and the cancellation policy set out in Section 2 will apply.


5. Medical Disclosure

5.1. Clients must provide accurate medical information, disclose all medications, allergies, contraindications, and previous treatments.

5.2. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment refusal and/or adverse reactions for which the clinic holds no liability.


6. Treatment Outcomes

6.1. Results vary between individuals. No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.

6.2. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimum results.

6.3. The clinic is not responsible for lack of expected results if aftercare instructions are not followed.


7. Payments & Refunds

7.1. All treatments must be paid in full on or before the date of appointment.

7.2. Refunds are not provided for completed treatments under any circumstances.

7.3. Product purchases are non-refundable unless faulty.


8. Photography & Record Keeping

8.1. Clinical photography may be taken for record-keeping, treatment tracking, and insurance compliance.

8.2. No images will be used for marketing without explicit written consent.


9. Liability

9.1. Ampika’s Aesthetics and its practitioners operate under appropriate insurance, training, and regulatory frameworks.

9.2. The clinic accepts no liability for complications arising from: • Dishonest disclosure of medical history • Failure to follow aftercare • Opting out of required patch testing or consultation • Actions taken outside the clinic environment


10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, attending the clinic, or paying a deposit, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
