ABOUT THE COURSE

The aim CPD in Laser, Light & Energy Based procedures is to provide learners with an understanding of the knowledge and skills to carry out hair removal and skin rejuvenation, enabling learners to gain the necessary skills and essential underpinning knowledge to work commercially as a Practitioner.

The accredited certificate will also provide opportunities for learners to develop the necessary occupational skills and competencies to progress directly into employment or to further study.

Learners will develop practical skills for a career in the Advanced Beauty Therapy/Aesthetic field.

You will learn how to carry out laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation using our ML500 combined machine.

  • Skin analysis: Learn how to identify skin types and conditions, and formulate treatment plans 

  • Skin rejuvenation: Learn how to treat fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, and other skin conditions 

  • Hair removal: Learn how to reduce hair growth 

  • Safe working practices: Learn how to identify and control hazards in a salon 

  • Client care: Learn how to consult with clients and provide a thorough treatment plan


Please note: This course will be taught by either a medical trainer or a non-medical trainer depending on availability on the day of the course. Bespoke courses vary in length – contact the school for more information.

COURSE COST: £2000

Must be 18 years of age. This will be a two day practical course with a multiple choice exam at the end of your training day. All live models provided throughout your training. All models must have a patch test the day before treatment commences.
