AM I ELIGIBLE?
This course is designed for medics and non-medics who are injectable trained and have been practicing for 6 months. If you’re not injectable trained, you can attend our beginners course, Ultimate Aesthetics, to gain injectable qualification before attending this course.

CERTIFICATE ISSUED
All our courses are fully accredited and certified by IPHM. A certificate will be issued upon completion of the course which is fully insurable with Insync Insurance.
ABOUT THE COURSE
This Micro Sclerotherapy course is designed to teach practitioners how to safely and effectively small visible spider veins on the legs. It explains how veins work, why thread veins develop, and how to assess whether a patient is suitable for treatment. The course covers consultation skills, informed consent, and the safe use of sclerosant solutions, as well as how to inject accurately and minimise risks. Common side effects and complications are discussed in a clear, practical way, along with how to prevent and manage them. Practical training supports confidence in performing the procedure and delivering appropriate aftercare, allowing treatments to be carried out safely and responsibly in clinical practice.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Upon completion of this course you will be issues a certifictate which is certified by IPHM in the following areas:
What You’ll Learn:
Vein anatomy, physiology, and vascular assessment
Indications vs contraindications for sclerotherapy
Client consultation, consent, and realistic outcomes
Product types, strengths, dilution, and dosage
Injection techniques, needle selection, and vein targeting
Managing bruising, staining, matting, and recurrence
Compression therapy and post-treatment aftercare
Complication recognition and escalation protocols
Practical Training:
Hands-on treatment of lower limb thread and spider veins
Correct positioning, lighting, and vein visualisation
Precision injection under expert supervision
Please note: This course will be taught by either a medical trainer or a non-medical trainer depending on availability on the day of the course.
