COURSE EXTENSION PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ampika’s Aesthetics Training Academy
1. Agreement to Course Extension Plan
1.1 By enrolling onto the Course Extension Payment Plan via the Ampika’s Aesthetics, the Learner enters into a legally binding agreement with Ampika’s Aesthetics Training Academy.
1.2 Enrolment onto the Extension Plan confirms that the Learner has exceeded the original qualification completion timeframe and requires continued access to complete their course.
1.3 Access to the learning portal, tutor support, marking, and qualification progression is conditional upon full compliance with this agreement.
 
2. Monthly Extension Fee
2.1 The Course Extension fee is £250 per calendar month.
2.2 Payment is collected automatically via the subscription platform.
2.3 Payments are taken on the 1st day of each calendar month. (Please note first payment will be taken when you set up this pricing plan, We will then update your plan for the next payment to go out on the 1st of the month)
2.4 The Extension fee is strictly non-refundable.
 
3. Failed Payments & Retry Policy
3.1 If a scheduled payment fails on the 1st of the month, the system will automatically attempt to re-collect payment seven (7) days later.
3.2 If the second payment attempt also fails, the Learner shall be:

• Immediately removed from the course;

• Removed from the online learning portal;

• Suspended from receiving marking or tutor support;

• Ineligible for certification.

3.3 No further reminders are required to be issued by Ampika’s Aesthetics.
3.4 Reinstatement is not guaranteed and, if permitted, may require payment of outstanding balances plus any applicable administrative fees.
 
4. Continuous Payment Requirement
4.1 Extension payments must be made consecutively each month until:

• The qualification is fully completed and passed by the EQA; and

• All academic and financial obligations are satisfied.

4.2 No payment holidays, pauses, or reduced instalments are permitted.
4.3 Failure to maintain continuous payment constitutes breach of contract.
 
5. Access & Termination
5.1 Ampika’s Aesthetics reserves the right to:

• Suspend access without notice in the event of non-payment;

• Terminate this agreement where payment obligations are not met;

• Refuse reinstatement at its sole discretion.

5.2 Termination of access does not waive any outstanding financial liability incurred prior to removal.
 
6. Certification
6.1 No qualification certificate will be claimed, processed, or released unless:

• All course fees have been paid in full;

• All extension fees have been paid in full;

• All academic requirements have been successfully completed.

7. No Guarantee of Completion
7.1 The Course Extension Plan provides continued access only.
7.2 Ampika’s Aesthetics does not guarantee that a Learner will successfully complete the qualification during the extension period.

• The extension payment plan begins on the date your course ends. If the payment plan is not set up by your course end date, it will be backdated to that date. You will be invoiced for any backdated payments, which must be paid in full before you can continue with your course.

• The extension payment plan must then continue to be paid monthly until all work has been completed and passed by the EQA at Qualifi. You will receive an email confirming when your qualification has been fully completed.

• Please note that the marking of each unit can take up to six weeks. Learners must submit work at a reasonable and manageable pace throughout their course. Submitting all outstanding units together within a single month is not permitted, as this does not allow sufficient time for marking, feedback, resubmissions, internal quality assurance and EQA processes.
   

LEGALLY BINDING DECLARATION
By enrolling onto the Course Extension Payment Plan with Ampikas Aesthetics, the Learner confirms that:

• They understand the monthly fee of £250 will be automatically collected on the 1st of each month;

• They understand that if payment fails, a second attempt will be made seven (7) days later;

• They accept that failure of the second payment attempt will result in immediate removal from the course;

• They acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable;

• They accept that this agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
