Endolift Treatment Aftercare

(Face, Knees, Chest, Buttocks, Thighs)

Endolift is a minimally invasive laser treatment designed to tighten skin, improve laxity and stimulate deep collagen remodelling from within. Ultra-fine laser fibres are inserted beneath the skin to deliver targeted energy that contracts tissue, melts localised fat and triggers a regenerative response.

Unlike surface tightening treatments, Endolift works internally, strengthening the skin’s structure over time. Results are often visible immediately, with continued tightening, lifting and firming developing gradually over the following weeks and months.

Aftercare Instructions

Day 0 to Day 2: Immediate Aftercare

  1. Expect mild swelling and tenderness: Swelling, warmth, tightness, or mild bruising in the treated area is normal and usually settles within a few days.

  2. Keep the area clean and dry: Avoid touching or manipulating the treated area unnecessarily.

  3. Rest and hydration: Rest on the day of treatment and drink plenty of water to support healing and collagen regeneration.

  4. Cold compresses if required: A gentle cold compress may be applied to reduce swelling. Do not apply ice directly to the skin.

  5. Pain relief: Paracetamol may be taken if needed. Avoid anti-inflammatory medication unless advised.

Day 3 to Day 7: Early Healing

  1. Avoid strenuous exercise: Refrain from intense workouts, heavy lifting or activities that increase heat and blood flow to the treated area.

  2. Avoid heat exposure: Do not use saunas, steam rooms, hot baths or sunbeds.

  3. No massage or pressure: Avoid massaging or applying pressure to the treated area unless instructed by your practitioner.

Weeks 2 to 6: Ongoing Care

  1. Gradual return to normal activity: Exercise and normal routines can be resumed gradually after the first week.

  2. Protect the skin: Use SPF on exposed areas and avoid excessive sun exposure.

  3. Results progression: Skin tightening and contour improvement will continue to develop over several weeks as collagen rebuilds.

  4. Contact the clinic if concerned: Contact the clinic if you experience increasing pain, redness, heat or unusual swelling.
