Polynucleotides Treatment Aftercare

(Eyes, Face, Hair)

Polynucleotides are advanced injectable biostimulators designed to regenerate tissue, improve skin quality and support cellular repair. Rather than adding volume or freezing movement, this treatment works at a biological level, activating fibroblasts to stimulate collagen, elastin and hydration while improving microcirculation and tissue strength.

Polynucleotides are commonly used under the eyes to improve crepey texture and dark circles, across the face to refine skin quality and radiance, and along the hairline to support healthier, stronger hair growth.


Aftercare Instructions

Day 0 to Day 2: Immediate Aftercare

  1. Expect mild swelling or redness Small bumps, redness or tenderness at injection sites are normal and usually settle within 24 to 72 hours.

  2. Avoid touching or massaging the area Do not rub or apply pressure unless specifically advised.

  3. No makeup for 12 to 24 hours Allow the skin to settle and reduce the risk of irritation or infection.

  4. Avoid heat and exercise Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot baths and strenuous exercise for 48 hours.


Day 3 to Day 7: Early Healing

  1. Gentle skincare only Avoid retinol, acids, exfoliants and active treatments for at least 7 days.

  2. Hydration and nutrition Drink plenty of water to support cellular repair and regeneration.

  3. Hairline treatments If treated in the scalp, avoid washing the hair for 24 hours and avoid tight hairstyles for several days.


Ongoing Care

  1. Avoid sun exposure Use daily SPF and avoid direct sun exposure for at least one week.

  2. Follow your treatment course Polynucleotides are most effective when completed as a recommended course.


Frequently Asked Questions

Will I look swollen?

Mild swelling is normal and temporary. This settles as the product integrates.
