PRP Aftercare

(Face, Hairline, Body Areas)

PRP uses your own platelet rich plasma to stimulate tissue repair, collagen production and regeneration. As this treatment activates natural healing responses, gentle aftercare supports optimal results.


Day 0 to Day 2: Immediate Aftercare

  1. Expect swelling or tenderness Mild swelling, redness or soreness at injection sites is normal and temporary.

  2. Avoid touching or massaging the area Do not manipulate the treated area unless advised.

  3. No makeup for 12 to 24 hours This reduces the risk of irritation or infection.

  4. Avoid heat and exercise Avoid saunas, steam rooms and strenuous exercise for 48 hours.


Day 3 to Day 7: Healing Phase

  1. Gentle skincare only Avoid retinol, acids and exfoliating products for at least 7 days.

  2. Hydration is important Drink plenty of water to support tissue repair.

  3. Hairline treatments Avoid washing the hair for 24 hours and avoid tight hairstyles for several days.


Ongoing Care

  1. Follow your treatment plan PRP is most effective when completed as a course.

  2. SPF protection Use daily SPF on treated facial areas.
