Radiofrequency Microneedling Aftercare

(Face, Neck, Chest, Stomach, Thighs, Buttocks)


Radiofrequency Microneedling combines controlled microneedling with heat energy to stimulate collagen production, tighten skin and improve texture. Following treatment, the skin enters a regenerative phase and correct aftercare is essential to protect results and support healing.


Day 0 to Day 2: Immediate Aftercare

  1. Expect redness and warmth Redness, warmth and mild swelling are normal and usually settle within 24 to 72 hours.

  2. Keep the skin clean Avoid touching the treated area unnecessarily. Cleanse gently using a mild cleanser after 24 hours.

  3. No makeup for 24 hours Allow the skin to heal and reduce the risk of irritation or infection.

  4. Avoid heat and sweating Do not attend the gym, sauna, steam room, hot yoga or take hot baths for at least 48 hours.

  5. Hydration Drink plenty of water to support skin recovery and collagen stimulation.


Day 3 to Day 7: Healing Phase

  1. Gentle skincare only Avoid retinol, acids, exfoliants and active skincare products for at least 7 days.

  2. Do not pick or scratch Mild dryness, tightness or light flaking may occur. Allow the skin to shed naturally.

  3. SPF is essential Apply broad spectrum SPF daily to protect the skin and prevent pigmentation.


Ongoing Care

  1. Avoid sun exposure Avoid direct sun exposure and sunbeds for at least 2 weeks.

  2. Results progression Skin texture and firmness will continue to improve over several weeks as collagen rebuilds.

  3. Follow your treatment plan A course of treatments is often recommended for optimal results.
