Temple Filler Aftercare

Temple filler restores volume to the upper face, helping lift the brows and soften a hollow or sunken appearance. This is a delicate area and requires gentle aftercare.


Day 0 to Day 2: Immediate Aftercare

  1. Expect mild swelling or tenderness Swelling or tenderness at the temples is normal and usually mild.

  2. Do not touch or massage the area Avoid pressure or manipulation unless instructed.

  3. Remain upright for 4 hours Avoid lying flat or bending forward.

  4. Avoid makeup for 12 to 24 hours This protects the injection sites.

  5. Avoid heat and exercise Avoid saunas, steam rooms and strenuous exercise for 48 hours.


Day 3 to Day 7: Settling Phase

  1. Bruising awareness Bruising may occur and usually resolves within a week.

  2. Sleep position Sleep on your back where possible to avoid pressure on the temples.
